Congratulations to Richard Green on receiving the 2013 IASA Award of Recognition. The award was announced on 7 October 2013 by the IASA President, Jacqueline von Arb, at the IASA-BAAC joint conference in Vilnius, with the following tribute:

I'm thrilled to announce the release of IASA journal, issue 41. The hard copies are in the mail to members and subscribers. Here's hoping they arrive before you head out to Vilnius for the conference. A table of contents is available on the IASA website (http://www.iasa-web.org/iasa-journal-no-41-september-2013). Members can log in to access PDFs of the journal.
