FRAME audiovisual training

FRAME training course session 2, from November 5 to 9 at the Irish Public TV, RTé FRAME Session 2 is dedicated to archive content promotion, documentation, metadata and legal framework FRAME will include classroom training, practical workshops, experience feedbacks and professional visits. Take advantage of the opportunity to network with other professionals and to interact with high levels international speakers by attending FRAME Session 2. What is session 2 about ? Topics There are many ways to promote archive content toward an audience. FRAME session 2 gives an overview of the different options an archive can take, as well as the means (documentation system and practices, legal environment,...) an organisation owns to improve its content preservation and accessibility. Provisional schedule DAY 1: Access and promotion models DAY 2: Documentation and metadata, methods to improve access DAY 3: Design and user experience DAY 4: Legal framework DAY 5: Visit of a partner institution: the Irish Film Institute What is FRAME ? A training course in english on audiovisual archiving management, organized by Ina, within the framework of the Creative Europe program, in partnership with FIAT/IFTA and Eurovision Academy. An itinerant approach aiming, every year, at opening to participants the doors of different European institutions dealing with audiovisual heritage preservation and promotion.
