The IASA Journal is extending its submission deadline for Issue 49 for two weeks.
The IASA Journal invites proposals covering general topics of interest to the sound and audiovisual archives communities throughout the world. Articles, reviews, essays, and technical documents are welcome.

The Public Service Medal (PSM) in recognition of “outstanding service by employees of the Australian Government,” was conferred upon IASA member, colleague, and past President Kevin Bradley on May 3rd 2018 by the Governor-General of Australia, the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove in Canberra.

On May 3rd 2018 in a ceremony in Canberra, the Governor-General of Australia, the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove, will award our friend, colleague, and former IASA President, Kevin Bradley, with the Public Service Medal (PSM). The medal "recognises outstanding service by employees of the Australian Government" and is the highest award given to Australian public servants.
