IASA Journal Issue 56: Call for Submissions

The IASA Journal invites submissions for Issue 56, to be published in 2026. We welcome original research articles, case studies, reflections, reviews, and reports addressing all areas of sound and audiovisual archiving and preservation, including technical, theoretical, ethical, and practical perspectives. Authors of recent IASA conference presentations are invited to develop their work into more detailed accounts for publication in the journal. 

Abstract deadline: 1 December 2025
Submission deadline: 15 January 2026

Abstracts are not required, and early submissions are strongly encouraged. Questions may be directed to the Editors at editor@iasa-web.org. 

Authors should register at https://journal.iasa-web.org/index.php/pubs/about/submissions before making a submission. Newly revised submission guidelines are available at the same link.
